• General Provisions 1.1. These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") are a legally binding document for the parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, terms of acquisition and payment for goods, conditions of delivery and return of goods, liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt). Purchases in the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt) can be made by all legal and natural persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not limited by court order, as well as minors aged 14 to 18 years, with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their income. By confirming the rules, the buyer guarantees that they agree to purchase goods in the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt). 1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Rules. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method, and acquainted themselves with the Rules, clicks the "Pay" button.

• Personal Data Protection 2.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide the Seller with the Buyer's personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order: name, surname, delivery address of the goods, telephone number, and email address. 2.2. By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in clause 2.1. would be processed for the purposes of selling goods and analyzing the activity of the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt). 2.3. By agreeing that the Buyer's personal data would be processed for the purpose of selling goods and analyzing the activity of the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt), the Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order would be sent to the Buyer's specified email address. 2.4. By registering in the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt) and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep and not disclose the login data to anyone. 2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State institution in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the written consent of the Buyer.

• Buyer's Rights and Obligations 3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and accept them. 3.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide full and accurate information in the payment form. 3.3. In case of changes in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller. 3.4. The Buyer has the right to return the goods, following the provisions set out in the Return Policy (see Return of Goods). 3.5. By placing an order in the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt), the Buyer agrees to these purchase and sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

• Seller's Rights and Obligations 4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services of the online store and to order any goods sold therein, and to deliver them to the address specified by the Buyer within the delivery conditions specified terms. 4.2. In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the fulfillment of the order, the Seller undertakes to offer a similar product as much as possible, and in case of the Buyer's refusal, to refund the money within 7 (seven) days to the account specified by the Buyer. 4.3. The Seller has the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer in order to perform updates. 4.4. Without prior notice to the buyer, the seller has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement (cancel the order) if the buyer fails to comply with the payment procedure for the goods and other conditions specified in these Rules. 4.5. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data and comply with the Privacy Policy. 4.6. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt), breaches their obligations, places orders without payment, cannot be contacted several times at the specified contacts, or otherwise harms the store's operation or related social networks or other spaces, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer's access to the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt), not fulfill their orders, recover the losses incurred, and bring malicious Buyers to criminal responsibility.

• Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Methods, Terms 5.1. The prices of goods are indicated in euros. VAT is included in the price. VAT invoices are issued in euros. The delivery fee is not included in the store's product prices. 5.2. In the online store, the Buyer can make purchases 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. 5.3. Orders are accepted only by using the links in the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt). 5.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within one calendar day from the confirmation date of the order. The shipment is started only after receiving payment for the goods. 5.5. If the Buyer fails to make the payment within one calendar day, the order is canceled. 5.6. The order is paid for by the Buyer's chosen method, specified in the payment menu (see Payment Methods).

• Delivery of Goods 6.1. Goods are delivered within 2 - 3 working days. 6.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer chooses the method of delivery of the goods specified in the delivery menu (see Delivery of Goods). 6.3. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the goods. 6.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods themselves. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of goods to an inappropriate entity. 6.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for failure to comply with the delivery terms of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. 6.6. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if unordered goods are received in the shipment, or if the quantity of goods is incorrect.

• Quality of Goods, Guarantees 7.1. All data regarding goods sold in the online store KAŠMYRO SIŪLAI (www.kasmyrosiulai.lt) is provided next to each product in the product description. 7.2. The color of the goods may slightly differ depending on the characteristics of the Buyer's device screen.

• Return and Exchange of Goods 8.1. The return of goods is carried out following the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods." 8.2. The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we or our representative have the right to refuse the return of the item. 8.3. The item must be returned in the package in which it was delivered. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared, and packaged (see Return of Goods). 8.4. Money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account in all cases.

• Sending Information 9.1. The Seller sends all informational messages and direct marketing messages to the Buyer's email address provided in the registration form. 9.2. The Buyer sends all messages and inquiries to the Seller's online store at the contact info@kasmyrosiulai.lt.

• Final Provisions 10.1. These rules of purchase and sale are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania. 10.2. All disagreements arising from or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
