However, if it happens that you received a poor-quality product or the wrong product was sent, which you did not order, the inadequate quality product can be exchanged for a product of adequate quality or refunded for the amount paid for the product when it is confirmed that the product is of inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer. The returned product must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused, and undamaged, not losing its commercial appearance and the weight acquired. Shipping costs for poor-quality or incorrectly sent products are refunded.

Goods are not returnable or exchangeable if you don't like the color, changed your mind, or purchased an incorrect quantity of the product. If you have already unraveled the product, in such cases, a return cannot be processed.
